1PRE-TREATMENT

  • Soak at 55–60°C for 3–7 minutes, depending on how heavy the soiling is.

You Can it be installed in an existing kitchen?
ECIS Yes. Its compact, modular design fits into existing sink space, allowing installation without expanding the kitchen or requiring major renovations.
You Do dishes need to be hand-washed first?
ECIS No. Used dishes can go straight into the soaking basin without hand-washing. A 3–7 minute soak at 55–60°C helps loosen stubborn, stuck-on residue.
You How does the washing process work?
ECIS The process follows four simple steps: Setup → Detergent → Soak → Rinse & Wash. Once soaking is complete, the rack automatically lifts, and the existing dishwasher handles the final washing and rinsing.
You Do staff need to monitor the soaking process?
ECIS No. Simply set the timer, and the module runs for the selected soaking time. When the cycle is complete, the rack automatically lifts, freeing staff to focus on other tasks in the meantime.
You Can I use any detergent?
ECIS No. The SMART Washing Module is designed to be used with Clean Dip Plus, its dedicated detergent formulated for the module’s operating temperature and washing process.
You What types of kitchens is it designed for?
ECIS It is ideal for commercial kitchens such as cafés and restaurants that handle high volumes of reusable food-contact items but have limited space and staff.
You Is a door-type dishwasher included with the SMART Washing Module?
ECIS No. The SMART Washing Module is designed to work alongside a door-type dishwasher. If you already have one, you can continue using your existing unit. If you don’t, please contact us about purchasing one together with the module.
